Our clients also include the court of protection, Pennine 2000 and County Courts. We receive many instructions from the Legal profession for matrimonial, capital transfer or probate valuations, and from the Accountancy profession for Capital Gains, Taxation or other matters. We undertake valuations for rating purposes, rent assessments, insurance, compulsory purchase and compensation claims from such organisations as the Environment Agency and Water Authorities.
